Ep369 Terms and Conditions – Malaysia Platform User Guidelines

1 Acceptance of Terms of Use

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and ep369 ("Platform", "we", "us"). These Terms govern your use of the website, mobile app, and all services provided by ep369.

By accessing the ep369 website at ep369.pro, downloading our app, registering an account, or using any part of this platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms.

These Terms take effect from the date you first use the platform and remain applicable for as long as your account is active or you access any ep369 content. We recommend keeping a copy of this document for your personal reference.

2 Eligibility & Registration Requirements

Ep369 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) at any time. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in the account being suspended until the verification process is complete.

3 User Account & Security

You are the sole owner of your ep369 account and are fully responsible for all activities that take place through it. Your key responsibilities are as follows:

• Keeping your password and account login credentials confidential at all times.
• Do not share your account with any other party, including family members.
• Ensuring no third party can access your account without authorization.
• Notifying EP369 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Keeping your personal information accurate and up to date at all times.

Ep369 uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and our servers. Nevertheless, the security of your password is your personal responsibility. We recommend using a strong, unique password and changing it regularly.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal of Funds

Ep369 supports a variety of payment methods suited for users in Malaysia, including FPX bank transfers, e-wallets, and other local payment methods. All financial transactions are subject to the following terms:

Deposit:

• The minimum deposit is RM 30 or as specified at the time of the transaction.
• All deposits are processed automatically and are typically credited within minutes.
• Ep369 does not charge any processing fees for deposits made via supported payment methods.
• Deposited funds may only be used for gaming purposes on the ep369 platform.

Withdrawal:

5 Bonuses, Promotions & Special Offers

Under any circumstances, ep369's maximum liability for any user claim is limited to the user's current account balance at the time the incident occurs.

11 Account Termination & Suspension

• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
